Accessing and purchasing on the QuartoAtto website implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Data of the Owner

2. Shipments and Obligation to Receive

Shipments are made via BRT courier. Goods are dispatched within 1 business day, subject to availability.

  • Italy: FREE shipping. Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

  • Europe: Cost € 12.99 (variable). Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.

Delivery clauses:

  • Mandatory Receipt: Placing an order implies the obligation to receive the shipment. It is not permitted to refuse the goods upon delivery; such an act does not constitute a right of withdrawal, but a breach of contract.

  • Storage and Errors: Any storage costs due to the absence of the recipient or errors in the address (including missing name on the doorbell) will be entirely borne by the buyer.

3. Payment Methods

We accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. It is possible to pay Cash on Delivery with a supplement of € 5.00 to be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 10 days of receiving the package.

  • Options: Size/item exchange or Store credit of equal value. The choice cannot be changed later.

  • Garment Condition: Returns are accepted only if the product is intact, unused, unwashed, and with the original tag attached.

  • Logistics: The sender is responsible for return shipping. QuartoAtto offers, upon request, a collection service via courier at a cost of € 12.99.

  • Refunds: Original shipping costs are not refundable.

5. Prices and Availability

All prices include VAT. QuartoAtto reserves the right to change product prices and availability at any time and without prior notice.

6. Liability and Force Majeure

QuartoAtto is not responsible for non-performance or delays caused by force majeure events (fires, earthquakes, floods, strikes, or similar) that prevent the execution of the contract. We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from such unforeseen events.

7. Buyer's Obligations

The customer is required to keep and print these general conditions, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process. The conditions are subject to updates and will always be available on this page.

This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users. This document can be printed using the print command found in any browser's settings.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically. Unless otherwise specified, all requested Data is mandatory; refusal to communicate it may make it impossible to provide the Service. The User assumes responsibility for third-party Personal Data shared through this Application.

Processing Methods: The Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. In addition to the Controller, subjects involved in the organization (administrative staff, marketing, legal) or external subjects (couriers, hosting providers, communication agencies) may have access to the Data.

Place: Data is processed at the Controller's operating offices. Data may be transferred to a country different from where the User is located.

Retention Period: Data is kept for the time required by the purpose for which it was collected (contract execution or legal obligations).

Users can always ask the Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing activity (whether it is based on law, a contract, or necessary to conclude a contract).

Further information on retention time

Personal Data are processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which they were collected. Specifically:

  • Contractual purposes: Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the complete performance of such contract.

  • Legitimate interest: Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied.

Note: At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this period, the right of access, erasure, rectification, and data portability can no longer be exercised.
