Sizes and Fit
How do I choose the right size for my pants? Every QuartoAtto model has a specific fit. We recommend consulting our Size Guide and checking the measurement chart (A-B-C) on each product page. If you have any questions about the fit, message us on WhatsApp for a quick consultation.
What happens if the size isn’t right? No problem. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a size exchange or return. The item must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, and with the original tag attached.
Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? We take great care in our production process. Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery within Italy usually takes 2–4 business days via express courier.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free throughout Italy. For international destinations, the cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery area.
Quality and Care of the Garment
Where are QuartoAtto pants made, and what fabrics do you use? All our garments are proudly made in Italy, the result of a carefully controlled artisanal supply chain. We select only high-quality fabrics, prioritizing natural fibers and tailored finishes that guarantee superior durability and comfort.
How should I wash my pants to make them last longer? To preserve the beauty of the fabric, we recommend a gentle wash at 20–30°C, turned inside out. We suggest avoiding the dryer and ironing—always inside out—at moderate temperatures to maintain the fibers and structure of the pants.
Payments and Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also choose to split your payment into 3 convenient, interest-free installments via Scalapay or Klarna.
Is my data secure? Absolutely. We use the most advanced SSL security protocols and certified payment systems to ensure the total protection of your sensitive data.
