Shipping Methods and Times

Our shipments are handled by BRT Courier. We guarantee that your order will be shipped within 1 business day of placement, unless the item is out of stock.

Shipping within Italy

  • Cost: FREE.
  • Delivery Time: 2–3 additional business days after shipment.
  • Estimated Total Time: 3–4 business days.
  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made on weekdays, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

 Shipping to Europe

  • Cost: €14.99 (the price may vary slightly depending on the specific country).
  • Delivery time: 3–5 additional business days from shipment.
  • Estimated total time: 4–6 business days.
  • Delivery hours: Deliveries are made on weekdays, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

  • Cost: €29.99 (price may vary depending on the destination country).
  • Delivery time: 6–8 additional business days from shipment.
  • Estimated total time: 9–10 business days (times may vary depending on customs procedures and the country).
  • Note: If your country is not listed as a selectable option at checkout, please contact us at info@quartoatto.com to arrange shipping details.

Receipt and Storage Obligations

  • Mandatory Receipt: Placing an order implies an obligation to receive the shipment. Deliberately refusing to accept the package is not permitted, without prejudice to your right to return the item after receipt.

Storage Fees: Any storage fees incurred due to the recipient’s absence or errors/omissions in the delivery address (including a missing name on the intercom or doorbell) will be entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

    

Returns and Refunds

At QuartoAtto, every garment is the result of a story and meticulous care. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help you find the perfect solution.

1. Your Options

When requesting a return, you can choose from three options (this choice cannot be changed later):

  • Size or Item Exchange: To find the perfect fit for you.
  • Store Credit: A credit equal to the value of your order to use for your next purchases on QuartoAtto.
  • Cash Refund: You will receive the amount actually collected by QuartoAtto.

                Note: Fees charged by payment platforms (Shopify            Payments, Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable, as these costs are beyond our control.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition:

  • Undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
  • Free of alterations or modifications.
  • Complete with tags and original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of receiving the order.

  1. Send an email to info@quartoatto.com or message us on WhatsApp.
  2. In the subject line, write: “Return Request + [Your Order Number]”.
  3. In the message, specify the reason for the return and your preferred option (Exchange, Gift Card, or Refund).

4. Returning Your Item

Once you have received authorization, the package must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days.

  • Shipping Method: The sender is responsible for delivery. We recommend using trackable services (Poste Italiane or Express Courier).
  • QuartoAtto Service: Upon request, we can arrange pickup via BRT courier at a cost of €12.99 (subject to change based on location).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Important Notes

  • Verification: After receiving and inspecting the package, we will proceed with sending the replacement item, a credit note, or a refund.
  • Refusal of Delivery: You cannot refuse the goods upon delivery; this does not constitute an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
  • Transparency: As a small artisanal brand, we have adopted this policy to continue ensuring the high quality of our service and materials.
